I bought "Remove ads" but still see ads
Open the game's Settings and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. Ads you choose to watch for rewards (extra hints, second chances) stay available by design.
My progress disappeared
Progress is saved on your device only. Deleting the app, or clearing its data, resets it.
